Technical notes:
To make this work, I use a Leica SL2-S digital camera fitted with a Kodak Cine Ektar 15mm f/2.5 lens, whose image circle is smaller than the camera's 35mm full frame sensor, allowing me to work organically with the circle as a frame. On top of the lens I hand hold various close-up filters. While I have made minor color and contrast adjustments in Photoshop, these photographs are not digital manipulations.
